I like empowering people to move well – with strength, focus, confidence and increased body awareness, regardless of whether you're fit and active or somebody who has a long-term health conditions which makes activity more challenging.

I'm trained in clinical Pilates and regularly update my knowledge of specialist conditions, which allows me to have a deeper understanding of joint, muscular and neurological issues that my clients may have.
You can have the confidence you'll exercise in a safe environment, with somebody who understands your body and can provide modifications which will allow you to get the best from your Pilates practice.
I have specialist knowledge to help those with Spinal conditions including Scoliosis, Hypermobility & Fibromyalgia, Muscular Sclerosis, Stroke, Parkinson's Disease.

My sessions focus on a combination of mobility, alignment, strength, coordination and endurance.

Once you've mastered good technique and built up your strength, I will progress you through to more challenging exercises, as appropriate.​​
