Back Care Week Day 3 - more flexibility and the powerhouse

Today we're going to focus on a series on bridge exercises which continue to work on our flexibility and start to build strength in our powerhouse, the glutes or buttocks. The glutes are probably the strongest muscles in the body and are important for driving us forward when we walk or run but are often under-active, resulting in increased work for the lower back and pelvic muscles.
